Why Did BI Health Become Nyala Health?
Nyala Health began as BI Health, the employee benefits practice of Bailey Investments. As the practice grew beyond traditional brokerage into data-driven, technology-enabled advisory work, we rebranded to Nyala Health to reflect a clearer mission: help employers take control of healthcare spend with independent, evidence-based guidance.
The name changed, but the commitment did not. We remain a licensed insurance advisory serving employers across 20 states, working exclusively for our clients and never for the carriers. Today we combine that licensed expertise with AI-powered benchmarking to model plan alternatives and surface savings that a manual review would miss.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning insurance, financial services, AI, and enterprise consulting, he has built a reputation for delivering strategies that measurably reduce costs and improve outcomes for employers and their people. Harold is NABIP certified, licensed to sell health and Medicare products across 20 states, and brings the analytical rigor of a career advisor, not a traditional order-taker broker, to every client engagement. His work with Bailey Investments and consulting across InsurTech, HealthTech, and FinTech sectors gives him a forward-thinking perspective that most benefits advisors simply do not have. He leverages AI-powered analysis to benchmark costs, model plan alternatives, and surface the optimal strategy for each employer's unique workforce.
